In our personal life, we are experiencing many different affairs, especially when you just graduated from colleges and began to face the society. Here I just want to share my feelings after my first job interview in one company.
I remember when I first time entered the company, I was confused by the people there. they were all operating their own things separately without thinking about others’ cases. The above situation I think will result in delaying delivery date, settlling problems untimely, which are fatal defects for one company, especially in nowadays with fierce competition.
In my opinion, the best way to improve our present situation is to training people on how to organize together tightly to finish one target successfully. The key to all these matters, I think, it is the personal communication skills, which really are the lubrication among each member in one team. it will be helpful when we learn how to speak and do one thing skillfully as well as the teamwork. The above all will improve our work efficiently and also the cooperation among members. |
