Facing with the current severely finance crisis that come from every aspect all over the world.To find a suitable job for graduates is totally meaningful to their dream, family and life.After the long conversation with my several doormates and classmates,i would like to share with you my experiences which i summed up from all those story by myself.
As is universally acknowledged.Self-confidence is obviously vital for all those interviewer,as it were,for all our daily life,which enables you to give the judge a deep and good impression,therefore,maybe even the offer that you are always dreamy is provided eventually for you.Take a doormate of mine as an example:On the processing of chatting with manage,A great number of obstacles were listed by the manage,which make him into a embarrassing occasion,the chief reason for this is that he have no idea whether he can completely handle with those problem,in other words,what make him lose this chance,on top of that, is that lacking of confidence.
Another cardinal aspect is that the knowledge,culture and backgroud of those company you are purchasing.for instance, you are prepare for a private small firm,maybe the main purpose of the interview is to check what you have acquired in your own major,or some experiences in the student union.Nonetheless,the National offical however pay more attention to the situation of the country,or some concrete material test.Therefore,the ability of mastering your major well is exceedingly needed and necessary.
As far as i am concerned,such as teamwork,the skill of interview,calmness and positiveness is valued.Only by combining all those aspect together can we finally achieve our solitary goal——ideal job. |
