When submitting an article for publication consideration authors must certify that it is an unpublished article (that is, it has not been previously published in substantially similar form or with substantially similar content) and that it is not under consideration by any other journal.
Authors must assign copyright in any article accepted for publication in APLR to the publishers. Publishers of APLR may grant permission for republication of an article with an express acknowledgment that it was first published in APLR.
You may submit your article by any of email attachment to Professor Anton Cooray, editor in chief, at lwcooray@cityu.edu.hk.
