是日微寒，余感不适，咳不能寐，唯蜗居陋室，休养生息。偶念几日之事，莫不感慨万千，悲从中来。
Today it is a little cold, and I feel under the weather, coughing constantly, which makes me hardly sleep. I have to stay in my dormitory and have a sound rest. All of a sudden I think of what has happened these days and cannot help signing, aching deep in heart.
人生在世，战争不止。此战非同他战。古之战役，千军万马，纵横捭阖，短兵相接，血可漂橹。今之战役，变化万千，杀人于无形，令人叹之不及。吾称之为“人生三役”。
Once we were born, we are faced with unceasing battles. The “battles” mentioned here do not refer to those interpreted in our common sense. In ancient times, when a battle occurred, thousands of soldiers and horses would sweep through the battlefield, fighting rigorously face to face and leaving blood flowing into a stream. Today’s battles vary stunningly tremendously that can kill people invisibly. I dub it “Three Battles in Life”.
一役，为之学。为学之战，头悬梁，锥刺股。化龙之日，坐拥万千豪富。然彼时形体损，心智苦，纵珠宝如山，名利双收，亦无福消受。
The first is the battle of study. In the battlefield, you have to model the cruel learning method inherited from our industrious ancestors, which is to hang your hair to the beam with a string and use a awl to sting your legs if you feel sleepy when you are studying. Only by enduring this giant suffering can you eventually become somebody who can possess endless wealth. However, at that time, your physical and mental health may have been ruined. However much wealth you have accumulated, how much fame you have enjoyed, you are doomed to perish at last.
二役，为之业。职场之战，八仙过海，各显神通，当仁不让，能人有勇。爬事业之顶，攀人生之峰，为达目的，不择手段，汝不入地狱，孰入地狱？宁可天下人负我，不可我负天下人。一朝得志，众星环月；一日失宠，舟沉百踏。成败一念间，贵贱一丝线，呜呼哀哉！
The second is the battle of career. In the job market, every candidate exerts his greatest potential and never withdraws little. In order to climb to the peak of our career and the climax of our lives, we may adopt all the methods at all cost. We hold the philosophy that if you do not go to the hell, who will? We hold the belief that if we can choose, we would do wrong to others rather than others do wrong to us. Once we make it, we are circumvented by countless wealth and compliments. But once we fail, we will be stricken to death. There is only a slight boundary between success and failure, richness and poorness.
三役，为之情。情感之战，浮游若丝，力大无穷。初得之，如获珍宝，事事迁就，时时眷宿。一日不见，如隔三秋。海誓山盟，始志不渝。山无棱，天地合，才敢与君绝。然时过境迁，岁月无情，新奇褪色，厌恶齐鸣。浪漫不在，情感必还，昨日承诺，随风飘散。无情者，爱之浅，断之绝，今日情断，明日生歌，及时行乐，方为人生；痴情者，爱之深，断之难，今日情断，藕断丝连，以泪洗脸，如何终年？人生之悲，莫过于痴情者与无情者之恋！
The third is the battle of love. In this battle, love seems a slight feeling, but it can exert great power as well. Once two people fall in love, they may feel treasured, tolerate and miss each other all the time. If they cannot see each other, one day may seem to be as long as more than one year. They tend to swear an oath before each other that they will love unchangingly until the mountain loses its edge and the sky and the earth merge together. Nevertheless, with time passing by, the initially fresh feeling fades away while hatred keeps mounting. Romance is no longer there, neither is love. All the oaths yesterday are gone with the wind. Those who do not take love seriously, love shallowly and break love easily. Today they lose their lovers, but tomorrow they can still live happily as if nothing has ever happened. Conversely, those who attach great importance to love, may love too deeply to break down the relationship. Even though they lose their lovers, they are still missing them and living in pain for a long time. Therefore, I think the biggest tragedy is the love between these two kinds of people!
以上三役，凡人者，必皆经历。胜者为王，败者为寇，公理昭然，人皆与之！然理知易，行从难；说时易，做时难；心恶易，心善难。心慈则貌美，心恶故貌丑。人之处世，只求问心无愧，于愿足矣。于学，刻苦勤勉，怡养天年；于业，克尽己责，永不言懈；于情，珍爱对方，虽死无怨！纵无法天长地久，曾经拥有，亦不失人生一大美景！
The three battles mentioned above have to be undergone by all folks. If you win them through, then you may be the champion. Otherwise, you are a loser. It is a common wisdom shared universally. We all know the common philosophy, but it’s hard to practice it. It is easier said than done and it’s easier to be malicious than to be kind! Kindness can bring beauty while malice ugliness. We should do everything out of conscience and will not feel guilty at all. That is enough! In terms of study, we should learn diligently and keep well. In terms of our job, we should work with full responsibility and never give up easily. In terms of our love, we should love our beloved wholeheartedly even to death. Forever as our love may not be, we still experience a beautiful journey of our real love!
生如夏花之绚烂，死如秋叶之静美。人生之不如意，十常八九。 赏一路风光，忘一路败笔。傲立如梅，寒中吐蕊。形越峻，蕊愈艳。如虹气势，定可助君一臂之力,成就千秋功业！
Live earnestly as the lotus are blooming in summer, and die quietly as the fallen leaves are lying on the group. It is more than common to encounter unwanted matters, but we should appreciate the beauty and leave behind the unhappiness all the way. We should stand like wintersweet, blossoming in chilly winter. The colder it is, the more gloriously we are blossoming. Your soaring spirit will definitely lift you to your great success one day! |
