今天清晨起床看新闻，看到章子怡的40万美元的捐款落实在德阳儿童保护中心，同时看到子怡当场泪流满面的情景，我感到特别感动。
This morning I read some news on the internet after getting up. I felt terifically affected when learning that Zhang Ziyi donated 400,000 dollars to build a children protection center in Deyang with tears streaming along her cheeks.
在捐款的同时，章子怡也为自己澄清了“捐款门”事件里的一切冤屈。她通过美国的律师事务所的侦查来证明了自己并没有贪污款项，当时承诺在戛纳可以征得50万美元的捐款中，其实只有15050已征得，其余的都变成了捐款人的空头支票。律师事务所还把章子怡基金的银行存款明细公布出来，证明了章子怡并没有贪污捐款。一切水落石出，章子怡在接受采访时泣不成声。
Meantime, Zhang also clarified all her undeserved wrongs in the “Donation Affairs”. She invited privately a law firm in America to detect the whole affair so as to prove herself innocent. She promised to collect as much as 500,000 dollars in Cannes, but only collected 15,050 successfully. The rest of the money were only lip service paid by the so-called donators. The law firm also made public the deposits details of Zhang Ziyi Funds, demonstrating that Zhang did not steal one cent. The truth finally coming out, Zhang could not help tearing when being interviewed.
是的，子怡一路以来承受太多她本来不应该承受的东西。她不应该相信她认识的商人的口头承诺。别以及他们答应你会捐多少钱就一定会捐出多少钱，当时说不准只是一时兴起来讨你高兴，过后拍拍屁股就忘了这回事；她不应该将自己的希望完全地呈现给大众，不应该说自己可以筹得50万的捐款，因为这样一说，你最后要是筹不够，哪怕已经筹得了49万，你也会成为众矢之的，大家都会质问你还有一万哪去了？好像这一切变成了你的义务；甚至正如子怡的朋友在事后和她说的：章子怡你干嘛没事找事干，筹什么款呢？自己捐一点就得了。是的，章子怡没事找事干，最后落得个声名狼藉，打掉牙齿往肚里吞的下场。
Yes, Zhang suffered a lot that should not have been burdened by her all the way. She should not have believed those businessmen’s oral promises. She should not have believed that they would pay the money they promised. Maybe they made a promise out of immediate pleasure. After that, they would forget what they have said. She should not have present her hope to the masses that she could collect 500,000 dollars, because once she said so but failed to fulfill it, she would be the target attacked by people, though she might have collected 490,000 dollars at last. People would just focus on the gap of 10,000 dollars and question where it is. It seems to be your responsibility. As one of Zhang’s friends said to her, “Why do you bother to find some troubles for yourself? Why do you collect money? You can just donate your own part!” Now it seems that her friend is right. Zhang has borne too much grief by herself all the way.
在论坛里，看到不少网友依然对章子怡群起而攻之。有网友声称她的40万捐款是作秀，是为了挽回名声，重新赚钱，不然捐了为什么要接受媒体的采访。我看了这样的评论除了苦笑已外已经不知道可以说什么。我们暂且不论章子怡是否作秀，她捐的40万美元可不是一个小数目。这笔捐款在客观上可以帮助成千上万的苦难孩子，难道这不值得我们媒体报导？就算她真的作秀了，这“秀”也秀得光彩！怎么不见那些指桑骂槐的评论者也捐个三五万来“秀”一下？另外就算章子怡不打算公告媒体她的捐款，然而捐款建儿童保护中心需要牵涉多少人，明眼人一想就知道。这么多人牵涉其中，世上哪有不透风的墙，所以媒体知道了也不足为奇。
In the forum, a wealth of neticizens still attacked Zhang fiercely. Some claimed that her donation of 400,000 dollars was actually a showoff that could recalled her fame, otherwise why didn’t she do it privately without any media interview? I could only utter a bitter laugh after seeing this remark. Regardless of the discussion whether Zhang was showing off or not, the money she donated is actually a large amount which can objectively save thousands of poor children. So based on this, doesn’t it deserve our media report? Even though she was really showing off, so what? It is actually a glorious showoff! Why didn’t those cynic commentators donate several thousand dollars to show off? Besides, even though Zhang did not plan to invite the mass media to report the event, building a children protection center will involve a huge amount of people. So it is more than easy for the media to know the news.
另外有些网友说汶川地震第三天看到她和她的美国男朋友在坐快艇玩得无比高兴，所以说她的泪水是假慈悲。这样的逻辑更加让人哭笑不得。举个例子，假如你和你的爱人约好了某一天要去哪里玩的，可是在那一天到来之前某个地方发生了地震，难道你就会因为地震而取消你们原来的计划？再举个极端的例子，哪怕章子怡就是在地震以后才和男朋友相约去玩的，这又如何？难道她不玩就可以挽回悲剧了？难道她玩了就会有更多的生命牺牲？对于地震的灾民来讲，同情与关爱固然重要，但是金钱和物质更加重要，后者才是他们重建家园的保证。汶川地震以后深圳各大酒店依然夜夜生辉，不少富家子弟大鱼大肉。全国各大景点依然游人如织，按照上述网友的推断，那么这些人岂不全是冷酷无情之人？全国人在汶川恢复前岂不是天天要吃青菜萝卜过日子方显慈悲？
Some people said that they saw Zhang and her boyfriend playing happily in a yacht three days after the Wenchuan Earthquake, so they think her tears are fake. Such kind of logic is also funny. Let’ s take an example. Suppose you have dated with your beloved to go somewhere to have a good time someday, but before that an earthquake occurs in some place, so will you cancel your date because of the quake? Let’s take another extreme case. Even though Zhang made a date with her boyfriend after the quake, is there something wrong? If she had not made a date, the quake would not have happened? Or if she enjoyed herself with her boyfriend, more lives would be claimed? To the victims, sympathy and love of course are important, but money and materials count more. the latter are actually the solid base for them to rebuild their homes. After the quake, hotels in Shenzhen were also full of wealthy people having a good time. All tourist attractions across China were also packed with tourists. According to the logic some people generated, all those people are ruthless? Shall all the people in China just eat vegetables without any meat to show our sympathy and care to those victimes?
在我看来，章子怡错就错在她是一个世界级的影星。一旦你出名了，大众就容不得你的任何一个污点，哪怕有些东西对于平常人来讲是很正常的，对于名人来讲却是致命的。中国人也真是厉害，硬生生地把自己国家为数不多的可以走向世界的影星拉下台来，狂轰乱炸。而西方国家则是拼命维护自己的世界级影星，一旦出事了就会尽量把伤害减到最小。因为他们明白，要出一个世界级影星不容易。我们很多人都鄙视一些关于阴谋诡计的电视，觉得那太假了，很容易看穿个中端倪。然而回到了现实生活，在章子怡的事件中，却有这么多人一些阴谋诡计耍得团团转，不断地攻击无辜者。正如我在章子怡出事后的一篇文章里所述，暂且不论她的年收入可以让她视这50万美元小菜一碟，既然她已经当众宣布要筹得50万美元，那她还敢中饱私囊吗？这不是自打嘴巴吗？再笨的人也不会这样做。所以当事情一发生，一些本来恨不得章子怡下台的人终于羸来绝佳的时机。他们抓住大众极强的质疑心理，不断地从中搅和，把这个误会越搅越大，一代影星终于如流星般殒落，惨寂无声。
From my perspective, Zhang’s fault lies in her unique role, a world-famous star. Once you become famous, the public cannot tolerate any spot on you. Though some spot may be common to average people, it may be fatal to celebrities. Meantime I have to admire our Chinese people’s capability. We can easily pull a rare world-renown star in our country out of world stage and attack her with full strength. Yet, in western countries, the governments will spare no efforts to protect the fame of their famous stars and try to minimize the hurt if something goes wrong. It is because they understand that it is no easy thing to cultivae a world-famous star. Most of us look down upon some tricks played in some teleplays because they think that those tricks are too fake and easy to be seen through. But back to our real life, in the event of Zhang, there are so many people being fooled around by some tricks and attacking Zhang nonstop. As I mentioned in my previous article, regardless of her huge annual income that can dwarf the 500,000 dollars, it is already destined that she could not steal any money from the donation when she claim to the public she could collect 500,000. So when the rumor spreaded, a lot of wicked people who had been biding for a chance to attack Zhang seized this great opportunity and further spreaded the rumor, leaving Zhang, A famous star, in a tragic stituation.
一路以来，章子怡走得无比的艰辛凄凉。她不敢开新闻发布会来澄清事实，她怕大众觉得那是欲盖弥彰，同时她觉得她没有做错什么，她不需要接受大家的盘问，她只想等待法律的公正裁决。而她不开新闻发布会，却又被网友说成是做贼心虚。这就是中国的特色。当你已经被怀疑时，不管你解不解释，结果只有一个，你已经在被怀疑的那一刻被判了死刑。另外当被问到为什么当时不立即公布捐款人的名单和明细时，章子怡的回答让笔者钦佩万分。她说一旦公布了捐款人的名单和明细，那么一些本来答应了捐款却没有捐的人就会被曝光，这会给他们带来很多负面的影响，她不想因为这样而伤害到他们。一个到了自己的名声生死存亡的时刻依然想着别人的人，却被攻击得更加厉害。另外记者最后问她，你现在后悔当初为受害儿童捐募款了吗？章子怡坚定有力地回答：不后悔！她说看到孩子有一个家，她觉得一切的冤屈都是值得的，另外她还说，做人就要做一个有责任心，敢担当的人，只要是她想做的事，哪怕别人有变数，她自己也不会有变数。
Zhang proceeded extremely bitterly all the way. She dare not hold a press conference to clarify the event for fear that the public would think that she felt guilty and tried to cover the truth with excuses. Meatime, she thought that she did not do something wrong, so she did not have to be interrogated by others. She just wante to wait for the verdict of the court. However, a lot of people thought that she felt extremely guilty, so she dare not hold a press conference. Actually it is really Chinese unique product. Once you have been doubted, no matter you explain or not, there is only one result that you have been confirmed to have done something. When asked why Zhang did not reveal the name list as well as the deposit details, her answer makes me admire her to a larger extent. She said that once she reveals everything, those who promised to donate money but failed to do so would also be revealed, which would bring them a lot of negative impacts. She did not want to hurt them. Zhang is such a person who still consider others though she is at the edge of danger! But what she got were more attacks. Moreoveer, when the journalist asked her whether she felt regretful for what she had done, she answered firmly, “No!” She said that when she saw the children have a home, all she suffered was totally worthy. She also said that one should be responsible and dare to shoulder what he has undertaken, and that as long as she determines to do, even though her partners change their mind, she would still insist.
看完整个采访的过程，我的心情久久不能平静。不过塞翁失马，焉知非福？这件事可以让章子怡学到了许多教训，而我也坚信不久后她会复出，从新登上世界级的影坛。在这里祝子怡风光无限，一路走好。
After reading the whole interview record, I feel complicated in my mind. But maybe it is a bless in disguise for Zhang, because she must have learnt a lot from this experience. And I also strongly believe that she would recover soon and stand on the world stage again! Here I am expressing my best wishes to her!
