今天早上上完课, 下午就可以启程回家了! 我盼这天也算盼了挺久的了. 自回国以来这四个多月里, 平时几乎天天都有课要上, 连周末也不例外, 实在是身心俱疲, 所以也想趁这个春节好好休息一下.
昨晚在外面和朋友玩了一个晚上, 回到宿舍后已是十点四十分了. 突然想起我还没收拾行李, 于是便匆匆忙忙地理整衣物和别的一些杂物. 一整理还真把我吓了一跳, 原来我居然有这么多东西要收拾! 我突然发现我有很多东西要带回家, 于是便往那个小行李箱里不停地塞, 像喂鸭子一样, 把它塞得不能再满了. 收拾了一个多小时, 终于把东西都收拾齐了, 同时整理出了几大袋垃圾. 终于松了一口气!
最近我上课真的上到有点麻木了. 可能学生见到我并不觉得我变了, 我还是那么激情澎湃, 滔滔不绝. 可是只有我自己知道, 我真的累了, 因为有时上课在讲话和提问问题时, 我的脑子其实是浑沌一片的, 但是我的嘴巴却仍然不停地在讲, 讲完了连我自己也不知道自己讲了什么, 真是悲哀! 昨天中午和一个同学在楼下的餐厅小聚时, 我半倚在沙发上, 略带倦意地和他聊天. 他问我为什么这么累, 还说很少见我这样. 我就如实和他了, 想不到他听完了居然哈哈大笑地对我说: “你上课讲英语讲得这么快, 连自己都不知道自己讲什么了, 这才叫高手啊!” 说得我只差没有把茶喷出来.
当然, 我之所以感到疲惫, 除了工作上的事情外, 其实还有别的事情让我烦心和顾虑着, 不过这涉及到个人的私事, 就不在这里说了. 不过不管怎样, 我觉得我都得保持积极乐观的心态. 这是这些年来我总结的最重要的一条人生法则. 有些道理说起来很容易, 做起来真的很难. 但是只要你真正地做到了, 你就注定要与别人不同, 要比别人过得成功. 回想起这些年来的经历, 特别是在过去这几个月的求职经历, 我更加坚信: 上天在关闭你一扇门的同时, 也会同时为你打开另外一扇. 生活和工作本来就不可能一帆风顺的, 如果我们一遇到困难和挫折就悲天悯人, 自怨自艾, 那么命运也永远不会眷顾这样的人. 当然, 积极乐观是建立在勤奋刻苦的基础上的, 没有源源不动的努力而只有盲目的乐观, 最终生活也只会变得一团糟. 所以我特别佩服身边那些不断努力进取的朋友, 正是因为他们才给了我源源不断的动力, 让我经常反省自身的不足, 从而更加努力. 人们常说, 近朱者赤, 近墨者黑. 这句话还真的有几分道理. 但是我更觉得, 近朱者未必会变赤, 但是近墨者却往往会变黑. 一个人要真正地学习别人的优点和长处是很困难的, 但是要学别人的缺点却是手到拈来. 这或许就是我们人类的天性吧.
春节又到了. 我想, 即将到来的除夕夜的鞭炮声会将我过去一年的所有不顺与不快都去除, 新的一年里我会迎接生命中更加多的挑战与机遇, 我也坚信我会再次度过一个不平凡的一年, 不平凡的2012! 在这里祝各位同学朋友, 包括许多没有见过面但是却不断支持我的网友们新年快乐, 万事如意!

Since almost every adult in our society has their jobs, the impact of their jobs on their individual life should never be forgotten. Take the satisfaction of job for example.it illustrates the status of one’s emotion toward their job. Personally, I believe that to meet emplayees’need is of great importance.
Employees’ satisfaction of their jobs is mainly decided by the following factors: salary, promotion and the environment of their work places. To be more specific, salary can be regarded as the buying ability of employees, which definitely impacts on their living standard. Promotion is another aspect that can lead to the happiness of the employee which is equal to the satisfaction of them. Besides, if the working environment is not so good as employees expected, they will also be unpleasant. Worth reminding, the job satisfaction of employees also influences their efficiency of work as well as their commitment to companies.
However, it is not always so easy for the manager to satisfy every single employee of his company. Due to the difference on people's expectation toward job, manager’s policy can hardly take every one into account. For instance, those who liked to promote but failed and who wanted higher salary but didn't get it would not be satisfied with the arrangement of their company. As a matter of fact, in my point of new, it’s nearly impossible for all the employees to get access to what they are looking forward to. |
