We all appreciate its brightness wherever we lie.
情人怨遥夜, 竟夕起相思.
I’m complaining about the long long night,
For I’m missing you more and more with time passing by.
灭烛怜光满, 披衣觉露滋.
I blow out the candle, yet the room is full of light.
I put on my coat, yet still feel the cold of dew inside.
不堪盈手赠, 还寝梦佳期.
It is hard to present you with my hands the graceful moonlight,
I would rather sleep earlier to meet you in my dream tonight. |
