And never stops --- at all
And sweetest -- in the Gale -- is heard
And sore must be the storm
That could abash the little Bird
That kept so many warm
I've heard it in the chillest land
And on the strangest Sea
Yet, never, in Extremity,
It asked a crumb -- of Me.

它曾庇护了多少温暖
狂风中，它的歌声最是甜蜜
只有恼羞成怒的暴雨
才能让这只小鸟显现窘迫

绝境中，它依然不会张口
