谁在尘世温暖你

似乎很多天没有写日记了, 引来了很多朋友和网友们的关心. 看着大家的QQ留言和邮件, 我真的感到既感动又愧疚! 不知不觉, 空间的日记已经有九百多篇了, 估计今年就会突破一千篇了. 这几年来一直坚持写作, 不管是中文还是英文, 主要原因除了是自己热爱阅读和写作以外, 还有一个非常重要的因素: 同学, 朋友以及很多素未谋面的网友的热忱支持. 正是因为有你们的支持, 我才可以在极度忙碌的情况下仍然抽出时间写下自己生活和情感的点点滴滴. 你们的每次光临以及每一个留言和评论, 对我而言都是如此的弥足珍贵, 因为那是我们心灵的对话!
前段时间读了一本书, 叫>. 这是>中有类似主题的文章的集合本. 里面的每一篇文章都在我的头脑中构建起一个足以令人感动无比的画面: 亲情, 友情, 爱情……甚至是在彷徨失意时偶遇的一个陌生人, 也可能给予你无法想象的温暖, 让你的感动之情溢满心灵! 读完这本书, 我会禁不住想起一直对自己关爱有加的朋友和亲人, 想着想着, 眼睛也会微微地湿润了. 不仅朋友和亲人, 有很多网友同样令我感动万分. 今年的二月份, 我遇到许多的不顺, 最严重的就是要去做种植牙手术. 这个手术花了我很多钱, 几乎让我 “破产” 了. 当我把这件事情写到日记中时, 我怎么也没有想到, 在随后的几天时间里, 有一些几年来一直支持我空间的网友居然写邮件或者QQ信息给我, 问我是不是缺钱, 如果是的话他们会无条件地汇钱给我. 这些网友中, 很多人几乎没有和我聊过天, 因为我平时太忙了, 也没有多少聊天的时间. 我连他们的名字也不知道. 我在想, 我何德何能可以让别人如此的眷顾着我呢? 那一刻的感动足以把我心里沉积多时的阴霾驱散得干干净净, 留在心底的, 是满满的温暖与感动! 当然, 我最后并没有接受他们的帮助, 但是在内心深处, 我却把这些人铭记于心.
这就是为什么当我读着>里面的文章时, 我的内心会产生如此大的共鸣. 我会随着书中的作者的喜悦而欢笑, 悲伤而啜泣, 精彩而感动, 落寞而失意. 读着这本书, 我也会思考: 谁在尘世中温暖了我? 诚然, 家人, 亲人, 好朋友都在其列, 但是我还有最后的一类人: 许多默默支持和关心我的网友们! 这一群连和我聊上几句天也很难实现的可爱的人, 通过在我的QQ和空间留言和评论, 来让我渐渐了解他们, 读懂他们. 我们就在只言片语中进行着思想和灵魂的交流, 大家在互相支持互相安慰, 在彼此的生活中找到积极奋斗的勇气和力量.
所以, 长久以来, 我总有一个无法解脱的遗憾: 我不能与那一群可爱的网友见面. 或许一听说和网友见面, 很多人立即感到神经紧绷, 觉得需要万分小心以防遇到坏人. 但是, 此时此刻, 我却没有那样的思想, 因为我可以深深感受到某些人的内心, 其实真的是很真诚很友善. 如果我们老是把网友都想成是大话连篇不择手段的人, 那么作为别人网友的我们, 在别人的眼里又将会是如何的肮脏与不堪? 人生难觅真诚之友, 更难觅志同道合之人. 所以遇到聊得来的知己, 我们又有什么理由不好好珍惜呢?
因此, 我想在这里再一次感谢所有默默支持我的网友们! 虽然我们素未谋面, 虽然我平时很忙可能没空回复你们的一些祝福和问候, 但是请相信我! 我对你们是心存感激的! 也请原谅我平时的过分忙碌而无法与你们细细交流生活和学习! 如果说我赞同王勃之言 “海内存在己, 天涯若比邻”, 那么我更喜欢对你们说一句苏轼的千古名言: 但愿人长久, 千里共婵娟! 说不准哪一天, 我们就在某个地方相遇了! 这就是人生的奇妙之处.
所以, 如果现在有人问我: “谁在尘世温暖你?” 我会回答: “是你, 正在读着我这篇日记的读者们!”
产品答辩演讲稿:
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen! I am Edison from Mindray. Today I feel great honor to stand here and introduce our defibrillator,BeneHeart D6 to you. It is an advanced defibrillator that combines multiple functions as one. It can be used both in hospital and out of hospital. My target customers are doctors in the emergency room in the hospital. If you have any questions, you are welcome to ask me after this presentation.
My presentation today will fall into three sessions: ergonomic design and usability, strong 4-in-1 functionality, and the PHEIS solution.
First of all, let’s take a look at the design of our product. As you can see on the screen, our product is very compact with maximum 7.1 kilograms including the external paddles. It is the lightest defibrillator among our competitors. You can easily transport it both in hospital and out of hospital. Moreover, it has a large screen of 8.4 inches that makes the data easy to read. Its large font can enable you to read the data clearly over a long distance.  You can also print out the data with the integrated recorder if needed. It can be used as evidence in possible legal disputes.
In terms of the screen display, as I have mentioned just now, we have a very large color screen that can reveal maximum 4 waveforms, including the 16-second ECG waveform that can help you detect the abnormal cardiac signal. On top of reading the real-time waveforms, you can also freeze the latest 120-second waveforms to study any unusual situations.
As D6 is often used outdoors, it is inevitably exposed to strong-illumination circumstances and the traditional screen display will be easily blurred by the sun and can hardly be seen by the rescuers. However, our D6 has successfully solved this problem by providing high-contrast display that can allow you to see the data on the screen clearly no matter where you are. Its yellow background can substantially promote your identification of information on the screen.
Let’s further take a look at its panel configuration. As you can see, all the commonly-used functions can be easily accessed through the buttons on the front panel. On the back of the defibrillator, there are various ports for data input and output to meet your varying needs. For instance, the USB port can help you easily transfer data from the defibrillator to the computer, so that you can view and edit the data in a clear and convenient manner. Also, the RJ 45 port can help you easily upgrade the whole system. We can upload maximum 2 batteries that can support 200 shocks for 360 joules or 6 hours' pacing. So you will not feel troubled by the lack of electricity when using our D6.
In terms of data management, we have a powerful data management system that can allow you to review 100 patients’ profiles with 1000 events for each of them. It can help the doctor to record the patient’s clinical information for review in the future. The doctor can search all the information he needs very conveniently in the data management system. All these data can be transferred to your computer via a flash disk so that you can review and edit the data on your computer.
As D6 is often used outdoors to save lives, it is supposed to be carried on a constant basis. In order to facilitate the carrying process, we provide a series of carrying ways for you. You can carry our product with its handle or carrying case. During the transportation, it can also be fixed on the bedrail with its solid bedrail hook. In order to prevent the effect of vibrations in the ambulance, we provide a mounting kit that can firmly fix the defibrillator to keep it working normally.
Also, our product has a high degree of protection against water and dust. The index is IP44, and as you can see in the video, it is still working quite well under strong water spray, which means it can still be working well under rough conditions such as rainy days. We have also passed a series of other tests such as impact test, shock test and harsh high temperature test. As you can see in the second video, our product has passed the impact test of 0.75 meters.  So if the nurse drops the defibrillator carelessly, it will still remain safe and sound. All these tests can fully demonstrate the quality of our product.
After introducing the ergonomic design of D6 to you, I will continue to tell you how we can best draw on these advantages to fulfill our strong 4-in-1 functionality. As you can see, our product integrates four functions in its operation: manual defibrillation, monitoring, AED and pacing.
Let’s first take a look at its manual defibrillation. On its front panel, we have easy buttons with 1-2-3 steps guidance for defibrillation. Therefore, it is very simple for you to control the whole process. Another shining point of our product is that not only can we control the defibrillating process on the front panel, we can also do it on the paddles. As you can see, we need only one person to realize the defibrillating function through the buttons on the paddles. It is very convenient and time-saving in the rescue.
We also provide a broad range of energy choices from 1 to 360 Joules.  Particularly, we provide extra selections of 300 and 360 joules to handle some special cases that need additional shocks for cardio-version. It can increase the chance of survival for the patient for whom 200 Joules is not enough. We can realize rapid energy charge for every rescue, with less than 5 seconds to 200 joules and less than 8 seconds to 360 joules. It means we can quickly conduct shocks for the patient without waiting for a long time in energy charging.
Our biphasic technologies can achieve higher success rate of cardio-version by detecting impedance and making corresponding compensation.
Besides acting as an effective defibrillator, our D6 also has rich monitoring functionality. As you can see, we provide 5 basic parameters and 3 advanced parameters like 12-lead ECG, 2-ch IBP and EtCO2. Therefore, we can learn that D6 can also act as a patient monitor in normal medical environment. For instance, the 12-lead ECG has maximum 4 times gain and can do arrhythmia analysis. Therefore, it is applicable for use in CCU. Another example is the micro-stream EtCO2 we can offer. Its sampling rate is only 50 milliliters per minute and it is very easy to use. It is suitable for all types of patients like adults, pediatric, infants or neonates.
D6 not only offers manual defibrillation, but also offers AED mode that can achieve semi-auto defibrillation. It can analyze the patient’s situation automatically to decide whether a shock is needed. We also have non-invasive pacing that can help the patient regain normal heart rate if his heartbeat is slowing down below normal condition.
Ok, after introducing all the basic functions of D6, I am now going to introduce a very useful and effective solution integrated with D6 to you. It is called PHEIS, which is short for pre-hospital emergency information solution. It is actually a technology that can transfer the data from the ambulance to the hospital for diagnosis before the patient arrives at the hospital. To accomplish a PHEIS solution, first of all, there should be three components installed in an ambulance: our BeneHeart D6, a Wi-fi module, and a 3-G router. The Wi-fi module will be attached to D6. Through the Wi-fi Module, D6 can transmit its data to the 3-G router, which is connected to the 3-G network. Then through the 3-G network, the patient data is further transferred to the PHEIS server, which can be installed in either the emergency center or hospital so that the doctors can view the data with multiple CMS viewers. The data transmitted to the hospital is continuous and real-time so that the doctor can have a sound understanding of the patient’s condition and make full preparations while the patient is still on the way to hospital. Therefore, after the patient arrives at the hospital, he can bypass ER and go to Cathlab directly for operation without wasting precious time. Altogether, with PHEIS solution, the doctor can understand the patient’s situation early, decide possible treatment timely, and prepare operations in advance.
Next, I am going to introduce a typical PHEIS solution that is tailored to your hospital. It is the single-hospital solution. In this solution, only one hospital is involved. This hospital has its own ambulances and the PHEIS sever is installed in the ER. The patient data from the ambulances will be transmitted to the server and different departments in the hospital can see the data through CMS viewers.
There are also other two solutions we can offer. The first solution is the EMS solution. In this solution, the PHEIS server will be installed in the EMS center. The EMS center is connected to several local hospitals in its network, so the local hospitals can view the patient data via CMS viewers from the server.  
The second solution is Multiple-hospital solution. In this solution, every hospital has a server in its ER and receives the patient data from their own ambulances. All these hospitals are within the same network and the data in their servers can be shared through the internet.
In conclusion, our product D6 has the first-class functionality. On top of realizing its defibrillating function, it can also act as an effective patient monitor to safeguard the patient’s life. If it is integrated into the PHEIS solution, it can help the doctor to have a full picture of the patient’s condition and make full preparations before the patient arrives at hospital. In the course of heart seizure, every second counts in the rescue! So I strongly believe that our product D6 can provide huge clinical value for both doctors and patients!
