Though I love English songs very much , it was just after entering college that I heard the song “ when you believe” . the first time my ear touched the song , i was shocked by its charming melodies and could not wait to listen once more before I could fully catch its lyrics. After sheerly understand what it sings , I love this song to the fullest and enjoy it frequently. i am greatly inspired and encouraged by the spirits and wills it embodies, particularly when I was tortured by all kinds of sufferings and drawbacks. It is really an uplifting song that perfectly deserves our ears !
As a matter of fact , since I stepped into college , I have encountered a lot of difficulties , most of which came from study. Maybe as the environment altered and the lessons became more professional , comprehensive and taxing, I failed to get used to college life and fell behind others some distance. You know I was a super student when in senior middle school and was conferred a scholarship before I came to university. However , at that time I confronted a pivotal situation when I should adjust myself to new life and seek for befitting methods to learn. It had such a long and rough procedure that I almost wanted to surrender to fate. However , at this crucial moment , I listened to the song “ when you believe” in my computer accidentally and was considerably elevated , then a tough fighting between my strong perseverance and formidable straits unveiled its purdah. Eventually , with the exhilarants emitted by the song providing so much consolation and energy for me , I surmounted all the setbacks lying ahead and performed exceptionally in my finals.
From my true experiences , we can conclude that songs count a lot to a person who loves them! we can seek for much that cannot be spotted in daily lives. Song can provide somewhat of comfort for us when life does not manage to satisfy our desires and hopes.
Altogether , as the song sings , though hope is frail , it is hard to kill. Facing life with smiles , we can obtain smiles ; facing life with tears , we can just obtain tears. Life will give what we give them! |
