Zhang went abroad for the first time in 1984 . when staying in Germany , he surprisingly found that there was nothing made in china in all the supermarkets . he felt deeply sad in heart , and just at that moment he made up his mind to hit the world market by creating our own featured products . during that time , he heard the praise for the Chinese fireworks again and again from the foreign businessmen . he thought that we such a big nation could not live on the fireworks . instead , we should create our own brand . we should present the products with high quality and proper price to the whole world . it is this great ambition that encouraged him to work diligently and creatively , which pushed him to the culmination of his career !
Zhang is not only a manager with great ambition , but also a manager with great precision and perfection . he requires all the products the company offers to be high- quality and meet the contentment of consumers . one day , one of his friends came to zhang’s comapy to select a fridge . however , after selecting for a long time , his friend still could not find a satisfactory one , for there existed all kinds of problems with most of the fridges.
