This is an overdue letter to you
No one can visualize how swift time is fleeting.
While you are observing time for the moment, you think it is streaming quietly. But when you look back to the dead past, you will realize its appalling speed.
But every second flowing through you is well worthy cos it leaves some marvelous trace on you. You are becoming more and more mature, both physically and mentally. Decades ago you were still an innocent child who fooled around everywhere, but now you are actually a young adult of independent and critical thinking. Based on this, both of us cannot help marveling at the miraculous power time has.
While maturity endows you with tremendous joyfulness of life, it otherwise brings you more disorientation and soreness. I deeply know that you are actually confusing and aching all the time. Optimistic and outgoing you are externally, your sentiment cannot evade my penetrating eyes. It is our not instinct to hide our feelings deep in heart, but rather, we are craving to pour out all of them to free ourselves, though comforts work little more often than not, we still long for the share of the sorrow.
But why the majority of us, in reality, prefer to cover all feelings in our heart even to bury our heads in the sand? Is it because we believe we can melt all the misery gradually with the flying time? Or just simply because solitariness is the best therapy to soothe our pain? You may feel it is hard to love, to love someone that is well worthy of your love, but simultaneously, you may feel more strongly that it is a great deal harder to be loved. True love may exist in a lot of places, but not all of them will finally yield fruits. Only the true love with the right person in the right season can eventually bloom prosperously.
It is acknowledged by most of us that love is a lifelong commitment, but parting is so frequent and common that we may cast our doubt on this parlance. Are you discouraged by this disgusting phenomenon? If so, I suppose it is not that necessary. Maybe you have been severely hurt by love, but do keep my words in mind! Next time before you fall into love, ponder carefully whether you have met the right person in the right season, and equally importantly, whether you are the right person in the reason to your beloved.
My friend, many a time I am longing to discuss with you what is actually true love. According to your individuality, you may probably throw the answer to me that if one can sacrifice all for his spouse, then it is definitely true love. Undoubtedly, I have no more convincing reason to retort you. But I want to further ask you how many chances and probabilities are there in which you can sacrifice all for you spouse to compose a resounding love? As a matter of fact, most of the time love is just rooted in daily trifles. A simple caring touch is more than anything to transmit your love. A delicate kiss in tough time on your soft face is more than anything to uplift you. simple things, remarkable power.
Thereby, why do some of us always dream of striking love as those in love novels? Why not pay more attention to trivial things and details in your life? As far as I am concerned, I attach more emphasis on details instead of imaging the unrealistic plots. While pledge may betray you, deeds will never. To judge your lover loves you or not, pay more attention to his or her deeds. |
