Here i want to introduce a way of making another flavor of sorbet
Watermelon Sorbet
原料:
Ingredients:
200g 砂糖 white granulated sugar
300ml 水 water
300ml 西瓜汁(大概需要1/4个西瓜)watermelon juice(about 1/4 watermelon,if don`t want it being too sweat u can add more juice)(不喜欢太甜的可以多加西瓜汁)
2茶匙 伏特加(可其它烈酒,也可不加)2 teaspoons of vodka(伏特加)(other strong wine may also be ok,or without it,all at ur choice)
做法:
Direcitons
1.把糖和水倒入一小锅,用中低温加热,搅拌,让糖慢慢融化烧开后小火继续加热4-5分钟,使糖浆变稠,关火。
Put the sugar and water into a small pot ,heat it with medium-low heat.Mix it ,when the sugar is totally melt, heat it with small fire for 4-5 mins when the suger get thicke switch off the fire.
2.把糖浆晾凉后,加入西瓜汁。
After the syrup is cooled add the watermelon juice.
3.把混和均匀的西瓜汁倒在容器内,放冰箱里冷冻5小时左右。
Put the mixxed juice into a vessel and freeze it about 5 hours in the refrigerator.
4.把冻好的西瓜冰用料理机打成冰沙,然后接着放冰箱里冷冻。
Smash the frozen watermelon ice into sorbet with food machine and put it back to the refrigerator again .
5.把第3.4.步重复2-3遍(多重复几遍沙冰更细腻)。
Repeat step 3 and 4 for 2 to 3 times (the more u repeat the smoother the sorbet will be ) |
