每种期刊每一期上的文献IDS Number都相同，IDS Number并不是SCI的收录号。在ISI Web of Science中，IDS number 的解释为：Document Solution? number. This number uniquely identifies the journal and issue. It is used to order the full text of the article from Document Solution.
SCI的收录检索号是：WOS入藏号 ；
例如：入藏号：WOS:000299711800006
