When looking through our principal’s mail box, I always cannot help laughing . you know , the principal’s mail box is established to provide a good ear to the students’ voices . thereby , it is available to all the teachers and students . if you have any complaints about the facilities of our school or about the service of the staffs , you can turn right to the mail box without hesitation .in fact , it is pretty good in all , but just like every coin has two sides , it also triggers off a lot of problems because its total availability .
Many students send a lot of nonsense to the mail box , asking the principal a lot of stupid questions such as “ my dear headmaster, how can I distinguish love from friendship ?” , and so on . in fact , those students overlook the basic function of the mail box , that is to cope with practical and emergent affairs . furthermore , they also take the busy affairs of our dear headmaster out of consideration . instead , they admit unconsciously that our principal is free most of the time , so much so that he can discuss with them about this private emotional problems .
Another funny phenomenon is that some students argue with each other upon given issues through the mail box . and finally the heated debate will often turn out to be fierce quarrel . indeed , as some teachers said , our principal really over indulge us , bending over backwards to tackle all the problems with infinite patience , though some requirements from the students are irrational . hence he stands quite high and holy in our mind . but such a kind principal , while enjoying the growing reputation from students , is also tormenting from a lot of confusion and often fall into dilemma when balancing the needs of his students and actuality of our school . though he has moved heaven and earth to strike a balance between each , he is not a god after all, which indicates he is not capable of meeting all demands of students . thus his decision , though preserve the overall benefits of the majority , still invades the benefits of the minority , which will doubtless give rise to the unhappiness of them . if those people do not cherish a heart of understanding , they will surely steal constant oral attacks to our dear headmaster .
Therefore , from what I mentioned above , you may have a deep impression on the problems of our principal’s mail box . until now , those problems still exist and are difficult too root out . we are all biding better solutions from our school. |
