今天真的是激动人心的一天，兼职的激动暂时不说，单是体育节我们班下午的拔河比赛就足以让我久久不能平静了！大家一轮一轮地喊，我可谓是拉拉队的先锋了，在前头喊口号加油，喊得我喉咙都差不多哑了（要知道我晚上接着要主持英语角的）！不过对比起去拔河的同学，我这点苦真的不算什么！最后经过一翻挣扎，我们班进了八强，拿了第六名，也算不错了！
这次比赛让我感触良多。首先是班委们的合作让我感到很高兴！男体委张翅鹏负责找男生，女体委梁海霞负责找女生，我则负责通知和到场签到任务，当然还有拉拉队长，呵呵！自从体育节以来，真的辛苦了张翅鹏！一轮又一轮的比赛，篮球啊，排球啊，拔河啊，参赛的事情都是他在管理的，我只是负责发通知以及组织大家去观战，想起来我真的有点惭愧！另外昨晚拔河比赛前，安达发了一份建议给我，而且在比赛前也和参赛队员布置了相关的注意事情，这对我们的比赛起着非常大的作用！真的非常感谢他！
另外拔河的队员们也真的值得表扬，大家拉得手都红了痛了，可是还是坚持到最后！女班刘滢今天考完托福也来了，我前天都叫了她不用来的，因为刚考完试会很累的，所以我叫她休息，可是她还是来了。这段时间也真的辛苦她了，一方面要准备日益逼近的托福，还要忙班服啊什么的。可是她依然做事这么爽快负责！
虽然拔河比赛完了以后，我真的好累，可是我还是坚持把英语角弄完了，特别是BEC那部分，因为我知道考BEC的同学都面临着很大的挑战，特别是非经济管理类专业的同学，希望我的努力对他们有帮助！

爱情需要表达出来
人的一生是一个相互关心、关爱的过程，每个人都有情感的需要，其中，语言的交流和情感的表达又是关键。不要让爱人只是用猜想知道你的关爱，而是要让对方时时感受到你的心意，这就是你用嘴巴告诉对方你的爱，还需要用行动来表达爱的程度。
Life is a process of mutual care and love, during which everyone shows a need of affection that tremendously relies on communication and expression. We should render our beloved feel our heart momentarily by conveying our love to her with our mouth as well as actions, rather than leave them guessing your love.
爱就是打开心扉，让它自由地流淌，让对方看得到、听得到、感受得到。
Love is to open our heart and to stream itself directly to your beloved so that she can see, touch and feel it!
