第十八章 微子篇(9)
大師摯適齊，亞飯干適楚，三飯繚適蔡，四飯缺適秦。鼗方叔入於河，播鞉武入於漢，少師陽、擊磬襄，入於海。
The grand music master, Zhi, went to Qi. Gan, the master of the band at the second meal, went to Chu. Liao, the band master at the third meal, went to Cai. Que, the band master at the fourth meal, went to Qin. Fang Shu, the drum master, withdrew to the north of the river. Wu, the master of the hand drum, withdrew to the Han. Yang, the assistant music master, and Xiang, master of the musical stone, withdrew to an island in the sea.
【原文】
大师挚适齐①，亚饭干适楚②，三饭缭适蔡，四饭缺适秦，鼓方叔③入于河④，播鼗武入于汉⑤，少师阳、击磬襄入于海。
【今译】
大师挚逃到齐国，亚饭乐师于逃到楚国，三饭乐师缭逃到蔡国，四饭乐师缺逃到秦国，击鼓乐师方叔逃到黄河边，摇小鼓的乐师武逃到汉水边，少师阳和敲磬的乐师襄逃到海滨。
【注释】
①大师：鲁国乐师之长，名挚。适：到，去。
②亚饭：古代天子和诸候吃饭要奏乐。亚饭是第二次吃饭时奏乐的乐师。“三饭”、“四饭”依此类推：“干”、“缭”、“缺”是乐师的名字。
③鼓方叔：击鼓的乐师，名方叔。
④河：古时专指黄河。
⑤播鼗（ｔáｏ）：播。摇。鼗：即波浪鼓，长柄，两旁系有小槌。
【评点】
周成王特赐鲁国以天子之乐，所以有“周乐尽在鲁”的说法。到春秋时代礼崩乐坏，鲁国乐师不满鲁哀公荒于朝政，沉迷于齐国的歌姬舞女，因而四处逃散。此章与以下的两章，和孔子及其弟子无关，可能不是《论语》原有的内容，有人认为是“后人得之于他书，采而附之于本篇之后者。” |
