雨中的纸鹤

男孩和女孩初恋的时候，男孩为女孩折了一千只纸鹤，挂在女孩的房间里。男孩对女孩说，这一千只纸鹤，代表一千份心意。那时候，男孩和女孩分分秒秒都在感受着恋爱的甜蜜和幸福。
When the boy fell in love with the girl, he made a thousand paper cranes for her and hung them in her room. He told her that the one thousand cranes typified one thousand “love” to her. At that time, the boy and the girl were thoroughly bathing in their sweet love and happiness.
后来女孩渐渐疏远了男孩。女孩结婚了，去了法国，去了无数次出现在她梦中的巴黎。女孩和男孩分手的时候，对男孩说，我们都必须正视现实，婚姻对女人来说是第二次投胎，我必须抓牢一切机会，你太穷，我难以想象我们结合在一起的日子…… 男孩在女孩去了法国后，卖过报纸，干过临时工，做过小买卖，每一项工作他都努力去做。

On a rainy day, the boy saw from his car an old couple walking slowly in front. He recognized that they were the girl’s parents. So the boy decided to follow them. He wanted to prove to them that he now not only owned a car, but also owned a delicate cottage and company. He wanted them to know that he was no longer a poor man but a young businessman. The boy followed them all the way in his car. It was raining nonstop, wetting the old couple, though they were under an umbrella.
到了目的地，男孩呆了，这是一处公墓，他看到了女孩，墓碑的瓷像中女孩正对着他甜甜地笑。而小小的墓旁，细细的铁丝上挂着一串串的纸鹤，在细雨中显得如此生动。
After arriving at the destination, the boy felt stricken: It was a tomb. He saw the picture of the girl smiling to him on the tomb, besides which there were some steel strings hanging loads of paper cranes flying vividly in the rain.
女孩的父母告诉男孩，女孩没有去巴黎，女孩患的是癌症，女孩去了天堂。女孩希望男孩能出人头地，能有一个温暖的家，所以女孩才做出了这样的举动。她说她了解男孩，一定会成功的。女孩说如果有一天男孩到墓地看她，请无论如何带上几只纸鹤。
The old couple told the boy that the girl did not go to Paris. She came down with cancer and went to Heaven. The girl hoped the boy could establish his own career and have a good family, so she determined to leave him. She said that she knew him well and that he would succeed one day. The girl also said that she wished the boy to bring her several paper cranes if he came to visit her tomb.
男孩跪下去，跪在女孩的墓前，泪流满面。老人告诉男孩，今天是清明节，所以来看看女儿。清明节的雨不知道停，把男孩淋了个透。男孩想起了许多年前女孩纯真的笑脸，男孩的心就开始一滴滴往下淌血。 这对老人走出墓地的时候，看到男孩站在不远处，奥迪车门已经为老人打开。汽车音响里传出了哀怨的歌声，“我的心，不后悔，反反复复都是为了你，千纸鹤，千份情，在风里飞……
The boy could not help kneeling down to the girl’s tomb, tearing miserably. The old couple told him that today was the Tomb Sweeping Day, so they came to see their daughter.
