据说在阿拉斯加,有一个渔村,那里的渔民祖祖辈辈以捕捞鳗鱼为生。鳗鱼性静优雅,生命娇贵,离岸后便存活不了多久,所以市场上的鳗鱼不等出售便大多成了死鱼。可是有一家渔民每天卖的都是鲜活的鳗鱼,而大家都知道,鲜活的鳗鱼味道会更美。因此他的生意异常红火,这个家族将鳗鱼存鲜的秘诀一代又一代地传下去,并不为世人所知。
In Alaska, there was a fishing village where all fishermen were making a living by catching eels. Eel had a static and elegant characteristic and was so fragile that it would die soon after reaching shore. Therefore, most eels, before sold out, would lose life in the market. But there was a fisherman who could sell live eels every day that would taste way better than those dead. Hence, his business was extraordinarily prosperous. His secret of keeping eels live was handed down from generation to generation, only confined to his own family.

Until one year, his descendants revealed the secret that had been veiled for more than half a century: Every time they catch eels, they would put another fish called pike with eels. Actually, the existence of rivals is not always unfavorable. There are two identities of your rivals: they are either your enemies or your friends.
